What does the registration fee include?

Our player registration fee covers insurance, utilities, umpire fees, practice and game gear (balls, tees, scorebooks, etc.), and 1 game jersey.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit and debit cards only.

When are evaluations?

Evaluations for 8U - 12U will be held at the Idle Hour softball fields on Airport Rd on September 3rd. Times for each age division will be provided. There are no evaluations for 6U.

How are team rosters constructed?

All players will be placed on a team even if the player is unable to attend evaluations. However, evaluations are necessary to give coaches the opportunity to evaluate strengths and weaknesses before drafting teams. Creating teams with equal ability and skill levels provides a more competitive and rewarding experience for the players.

When will practices begin?

Practices will begin the week of September 9th.

When do games begin?

Games will begin the week of October 7th and will end the week of November 4th. Each team will play 8 games.

When are games played?

The majority of games will be played on Monday's, Tuesday's and Thursday's. Game times are typically 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM EST.

What if a game is cancelled?

If a game is cancelled due to weather, every effort will be made to reschedule games but there are no guarantees. Makeup games are typically scheduled for Friday's depending on umpire, coach and player availability.

How do I become a Sponsor?

From the Registration page, select Sponsor and complete Check out. Fall Sponsorship provides your business logo on the sleeve of all player jerseys for the entire league (6U - 12U). Logos can be emailed to pcysoftball@gmail.com.
